Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Exchange page and follow the instructions.
Please Note:

Items purchased under combo offers are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted if the product has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Partial payment advances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds
We offer two refund options based on your preference:
1. Store Credit – 100% Refund

Receive the full refund as store credit with lifetime validity.

This credit can be used for any future purchase on emrisclothing.com.
2. Cash Refund – ₹200 Deduction

Refunds to the original payment method are available with a ₹200 processing fee deduction.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you cancel before dispatch, any advance payment will be refunded in full.
Exchanges

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

We only allow exchanges in cases of:
